It is the goodwill of the customer to return and work with the same company. Paresh Goyal, owner of Swap Infotech company, has similar thoughts. He started his company from a small room in 2017 and today he has his own office in the IT park. They say that those who try never lose. After doing MCM, he worked in many MNC companies. Then went to US. Got work experience in IT companies there for a few years. While working abroad he was reminded of his country. He wanted to open his own IT company in Indore, then he started an IT company with his nephews. Today his turnover is two crores.
They say that initially we were not getting any customer, then a customer came and he was very happy with our work. After that he himself brought 10 customers. Then we did not look back. Today our company is working in UK, US and Ireland including India. Customer satisfaction is paramount for us. Therefore the tagline of the company is ‘Think IT, Think Customer’. We never compromise with our quality. Rather, they want to do better work.
